Inspect

Perform inspections or follow-ups in a simple and massive way:

On the web:

- Generate all the templates with the data you want to complete in the field.

- Draw the plots or locations where you want to perform the inspections.

- Fill in the information or data of the plots or locations that you are interested in consulting in the field.

- Assign different roles to users and their permissions:

     a) Administrator.

     b) Owners or responsible for plots / locations where the inspections are carried out.

     c) Technicians conducting inspections.

- MAP:

     a) View all parcels or those you care about visually.

     b) Consult the inspections carried out.

     c) Display what you are interested in filtering by dates, technicians, parcels and / or inspection templates.

     d) Do you like symbols that you like or colored gradients depending on the data of the inspections.

In the APP:

- Mark the exact point where to carry out the inspection / monitoring on the map.

- View the other inspections made by you or other technicians.

- Select the plot / location where you perform the inspection. The plots appear ordered according to their distance to the marked point.

- Fill in the data of the inspection template that you have configured.

- Make up to 3 photos in each inspection.

- Notify, if you are interested, the inspection carried out by the owner / responsible for the plot. You will receive an email with the inspection information you have made and your comments.

- View in a list or on a map all inspections made in each inspection template.
